Shipping and Returns
Everything you need to know about shipping, payment, returns, refunds and exchanges.We offer free shipping to our customers. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information upon request.
Payment Policy
All major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) are accepted. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Returns & Refund Policy
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund.
To request a refund:
- Please send an email to email@bigheelfasteners.com to request a refund.
- Mail your returned item to Big Heel Fasteners, PO Box 74, Barnard KS 67418.
- Be sure to include a letter stating the reason for your return, refund request and the original paid invoice.
Product that has been used or altered will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
If your item is in brand new condition, you may exchange it for a different size.
